1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account.

2. Use of Our Services

  • You may use our AI services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
  • You may not use our AI to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, misleading, or unethical content.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect any misuse.

3. Custom AI Model Development

  • If you engage Olivet AI to create a custom AI model, the ownership and licensing terms will be outlined in a separate agreement.
  • We retain the right to use anonymized data to improve our AI capabilities.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Pricing

  • Some Services require payment. Fees are clearly stated before purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  • Custom AI development pricing varies and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Olivet AI owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to our proprietary AI models and software.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our software or models without written permission.
  • Any feedback or suggestions provided to us may be used to improve our Services without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.
  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the last 12 months.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
